Do I need to be a golf club member to host my wedding?

Not at all! You don’t need a membership to host your wedding or event at Ramblewood. Our venue is open to the public and proudly welcomes all couples.

Every wedding at Ramblewood Country Club includes:

Do you have a backup plan for inclement weather?

Yes! The Grand Ballroom transforms beautifully into an indoor ceremony, and our lobby is also a fantastic cocktail hour space if needed.

Can we bring in our own decor?

Definitely! You’re welcome to personalize your space with florals, signage, or other décor. Your wedding concierge and team will help with setup and breakdown to keep things stress-free.

Do you have getting-ready rooms?

Yes. You’ll have access to two private wedding suites—a spacious suite with vanity and mirrors, and a lounge with TVs, seating, and game tables.

What kind of lighting do you have available?

Our Grand Ballroom features elegant chandeliers and soft ambient lighting, while the outdoor patio offers café lights and glowing fire pits for a romantic vibe. The Oaks ceremony site also features string lighting for added atmosphere.

Who is responsible for the table and chair set up and tear down?

Do you offer overnight accommodations?

While we don’t have overnight lodging onsite, Aloft Mount Laurel and Hilton Garden Inn are both within a mile of the venue.

Do you have on-site parking?

Yes! Every couple is paired with a dedicated day-of wedding concierge to manage setup, the timeline, your ceremony processional, and those little finishing touches.

Can we hire our own wedding planner?

Absolutely. Outside planners are welcome, and our in-house team will work closely with them to coordinate all logistics.

What is the timeline for planning a wedding at your venue?

We recommend booking 12-18 months before your big day. From your initial tour to the details meeting 6–8 weeks before your wedding, our team provides a clear roadmap.

Is there a rehearsal included in the rental fee?

Ceremony rehearsals can be scheduled directly with our events team.

Do you have any restrictions on music or entertainment?

You can bring your own DJ, band, or entertainment—just ensure all equipment fits safely within the ballroom layout and sound levels remain within local ordinance limits.

Can we have a ceremony rehearsal on-site?

Ceremony rehearsals can be booked directly with your wedding sales coordinator and are often followed by a rehearsal dinner in one of our private event spaces.

Can we have our ceremony and reception at different locations on the property?

Yes! Many couples host their ceremony at The Oaks or Pergola, cocktail hour on the patio, and reception in the Grand Ballroom—all within walking distance.

What time can we access the venue on the wedding day?

You can access your suites five hours before your ceremony for hair, makeup, and getting-ready photos. Vendors can begin setup three hours before your contracted start time.

Is there a limit on how many hours we can use the venue?

Your wedding includes a 5-hour reception, plus 30 minutes for your ceremony if on-site.

Do you have liability insurance?

Yes. Ramblewood Country Club and Ron Jaworski Weddings maintain full liability insurance coverage for all events hosted on the property.

What time does the party need to stop?

Events typically conclude by 11 p.m.

Miscellaneous

What is the policy on pets at the venue?

We’re pet-friendly! Leashed dogs are welcome to join your ceremony, then head home before the reception.

Do you allow sparklers on the property?

Please confirm with your coordinator; policies may vary by season and fire code.

Do you have a preferred vendor list?

How do I reserve a date for my wedding?

After your tour and proposal, submit a signed agreement and retainer to officially secure your date.

Is a retainer required to book a date?

Yes. A $2,000 deposit and signed contract secure your date.

When is the retainer due?

At the time of booking.

Are there any additional fees or charges that I should be aware of?

All pricing is subject to a 23% service charge and 6.625% NJ sales tax.

When is the final payment due?

One week prior to your event.
